I was talking to one of the directors at a pretty large sportsbook earlier tonight and we somehow got on the topic of Caribi Sportsbook and it's former operator "Monty"
For those of you unfamiliar with the situation, a few years back Caribi closed up shop and Monty took off with all the cash (more or less)
I happened to have over $5,000 with Caribi at the time and lost it all. Needless to say, I've been hoping for a Monty to get his due for quite awhile now...
Anyway, the sportsbook director I was talking to told me he knew for certain that Monty had (in his words) "got what was coming to him"
He wouldn't elaborate on it any further than that but he was 100% positive that Monty had "got what was coming to him"
I begged the guy to go in detail and tell me what happened but he said he couldn't/wouldn't.
Does anyone know for sure what ever happened to Monty? We all know "the best revenge is to live well" but when you get ripped off for $5k....F THAT! I want that fool to pay!
